Hello
My name is Idit Rose, and I am the founder of OneBody—a holistic approach to healing and growth that integrates trauma awareness, somatic practices, and mindfulness.
I bring decades of experience in guiding individuals and groups, drawing on professional training in somatic healing, mindfulness, movement, spiritual wisdom, and trauma-informed methods.
I was born and raised on a kibbutz in the 1970s, where I grappled with deep questions of belonging and safety—within myself, within the community, and in connection to the land.
At the age of 20, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery, eventually settling in Greece, where I created a life deeply connected to nature.
A profound personal crisis led me to a spiritual awakening that fundamentally transformed my life. Since then, as an autodidact by nature, I have dedicated myself to intensive learning with some of the world’s leading teachers, personal healing, and guiding others in transformative processes of growth and recovery.
after 28 years abroad, I had a strong calling to move back to Israel.
Today, I integrate my life story, professional expertise, spiritual essence, and intuitive, precise connection to the body and the world to help others rediscover their inner sense of safety, belonging, and connection to the wisdom of life.
